We aim to ship your orders within 3-6 business days, this includes tracking.

Any orders under $80 incur a $12 shipping fee. Express shipping is available on all domestic Australian orders for $30, allow 1-5 working days after dispatch

International Shipping

 

Worldwide Standard Shipping - $40 AUD - allow 6-10 business days + processing time

Customers outside Australia are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. It is the customers responsibility to meet their countries importation, customs obligations and regulations. We take no responsibility for products being held up by your country’s customs.

 

Change of Order

We can change or cancel your order if your product is still being processed but unfortunately, we cannot process the change or cancellation once your order has been shipped.

Exchanges

All items purchased from Magickal Glaze are gently packaged with love and care. We ensure safe packaging using our ecofriendly, recycled and biodegradable boxes/padded satchels with protection, to prevent breakages. However, your item may be damaged during transit, in the event of a damaged or broken item during shipping we will give a full refund or replacement of the item if available. We may require a photograph of the damaged item within 48 hrs after receiving your parcel. Please note return postage is at the customer’s expense. Any damaged item that has not been returned to us within the 14 days after receiving your parcel we will not refund.
